Click on "I forgot my password" and we will send you an email to reset it.
What payment methods can I use to purchase?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, American Express, PayPal, Venmo (contact us for details), Oxxo Pay (in Mexico) and Electronic Bank Transfers (contact us for details on bank transfers).
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the entire Republic of Mexico, the United States and Canada. For shipping to other parts of the world, please email us to request information on shipping to your country. info@mercurioswim.com.
What is the cost of shipping?
The cost per shipment is $ 99 pesos for REGULAR shipping and $ 149 for EXPRESS shipping

What is the minimum purchase amount for free shipping?
Shipping is free from $1500 Mexican pesos or from $80 USD.
I made my purchase but I have not received payment confirmation from Mercurio Swim. What should I do?
If we have not notified you regarding confirmation of your purchase within 48 hours of your online purchase, send us the following information by email: info@mercurioswim.com.
What is my size?
You can find the size chart for each item in each product description. (Make sure Metzli does it!)
How can I check on the status of my purchase?
You can send us a Whatsapp at (+52) 322 105-8669 or send an email to info@mercurioswim.com. We will be happy to give you an update on your order.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
The delivery range is 7 to 10 business days, to a private address in Mexico. In the United States and Canada, the estimated delivery time is 15-20 business days, although your order can often arrive earlier.
How do I change the delivery address?
You have 24 hours after your purchase to make the change in your shipping address. Please send any new delivery information to our email info@mercurioswim.com.
What courier do you use for shipments?
We work with several courier providers. Depending on the place of delivery we will use the one that best suits.
My order arrived incomplete, what can I do?
In case you do not receive your complete purchase, please do the following:
- Contact us by email info@mercurioswim.com or WhatsApp: (+52)322 105 8669.
- Send a photo of how your package arrived.
- Tell us the name of the product(s) that was not shipped.
Does Mercurio Swim allow exchanges and / or returns?
MERCURIO SWIM will accept returns and provide refunds only if the items are in original condition and are returned with all labels and packaging. Returns will be accepted in their original condition up to 30 days after the purchase in the store or up to 30 days after the delivery date for online purchases.
Exchanges are subject to availability. The customer can exchange a purchased item for any other item in stock of their choice. If the new item selected is priced higher than the item being returned, the customer will pay the difference. If the new item selected is priced lower than the item being returned, no refund will be given for the difference.
In the event that a shipped item is returned for exchange, Mercurio Swim will pay for the return shipping and the customer will be responsible for shipping the new replacement item.
My product arrived with a manufacturing defect, what do I do?
It is important that you send photographs of the product damage to our email info@mercurioswim.com or WhatsApp: (+52) 322 105 8669. If the defect is confirmed, we will respond with a solution proposal. We may offer to replace the item with another item in stock, or we may offer to refund your purchase.
I would love to be a model for Mercurio Swim. Is that possible?
We generally use models from our local community in Puerto Vallarta. Most are not professional models. We love showing Mercurio Swim on men of all shapes and sizes and of all ages. If you're confident in front of a camera, you could be the next Mercurio Swim model! Contact us with a photo at info@mercurioswim.com.
Where are Mercurio Swim products manufactured?
Our beach and casual clothing for men is made in our own workshop in Puerto Vallarta, using top quality imported fabrics, elastics and threads. Our swimsuit design and many of our prints are unique, designed by our own designer, Pablo Mercurio.
