Shipping Policy

 

Mercurio Swim completes its sales process when the product is delivered to the requested address. For shipments within the Republic of Mexico, the delivery period is 7 to 10 business days, taking into account that deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays. For shipments to the United States and Canada, the delivery period is 15 to 20 days.

     

    If for any reason the delivery date cannot be met, the buyer will be informed of the reason for the delay  and will be give the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

     

    • Once the products are packed, we will inform the buyer by email regarding the courier service assigned and the tracking number for the package. Once an item has been packed and prepared for shipping, with a tracking number issued by the shipper, cancellation of your order is not allowed.

     

    • Upon receipt of the product, the buyer should examine the merchandise immediately to verify its good condition. Any defect must be communicated immediately to the email: info@mercurioswim.com, attaching evidence (photo) of what was received.

     

    • If it is impossible to deliver your order due to lack of delivery data, it will be returned to our warehouse and an email will be sent requesting the information necessary to complete the delivery. If the Client cannot be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we request that they contact us to make appropriate arrangements for the delivery.

     

    • At certain times of the year characterized by high demand (particularly during the Christmas season), delivery may be delayed due to the high demand of the market and of our courier suppliers.
